Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Husband (Jeremie) and I are in Austin for SxSW - a by chance meet up for the two of us who are currently on separate adventures. We've got accommodations until the 14th but are trying to stay and hang out together until the 20th!

Movies: pretty much everything :) Love comedy, thriller, drama (childhood/timeless favorites - Fried Green Tomatoes, The Breakfast Club, Anne of Green Gables ;), Clueless, Wayne's World...love Tarantino, Duplass Brothers, etc)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was the Manager of Yoga Teacher Trainings for Moksha/Modo International for 3 years. I ran 3-6 major events per year leading groups of people through life changing and challenging experiences in remarkable locations. I didn't know what I was doing when I started, other than enough about teaching yoga and being a good listener, and it pushed me to learn how to do things I didn't consider myself capable of. It absolutely shaped who I am today in the face of challenges and in terms of connecting with people in a real way.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love conversation and would love to talk about pretty much anything under the sun. I have a particular skill as a yoga teacher in terms of helping out with basic anatomy questions, muscle tightness, etc.
