About Me

IMPORTANT NOTE: I will NOT meet or stay with people without any REAL profile pictures , or a group picture which I can’t tell whom as their main profile picture, and also who has more than one account using different names as their own. (I’ve learned my lesson)

I began to use my Chinese name You Chen, and I go by Chen Chen. If you send me a message, make sure you use my Chinese name so I know you’ve read my profile, otherwise I won’t reply.

2023 Update
I started doing standup comedy in 2022, and since borders are open now, I also resume my travel this summer. Add doing standup to the places I go on my itinerary. If you know a standup open mic place in your city, let me know:)

Again, I don't reply to any message that not using my Chinese name. It's a good way to filter out who don't even read the profile and just wanna hook up randomly. I found this quite helpful. Should have come up with this idea earlier.

I just realized that I needed to update my profile as it was still about me in college. Gotta write one that can last long.

I laugh A LOT!!! So do people around me cuz I make them laugh hahahah! Some love my energy and some call me crazy lol. I'm always super hyper and fun around nice and lovely people cuz they bring out the good side of me! I'm sooo happy that I work with the nicest people in the whole world and I love them and I never have Monday blues anymore!!! So much fun! I'm literally laughing when I wrote this hahaha! Oh and I'm pretty smart, and also street smart, any kind of smart you name it! And quite cocky as you can see. Lol

Alright back to business . I tend to be quite extrovert if I sense a good vibe with the person I meet. I love to share and listen to others CS experiences. It's fascinating to know different cultures, different point of views. I LOVE traveling!!!! I wish someday I could live in different countries for a while, totally immerse myself in their culture.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is just full of laughter. So LOL!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

2023 UPDATE, HAHA, I don't follow this insane schedule anymore, still reading but not getting up that early. I guess that was a phase when in late 20s and sort of wanna become a better person turning into 30

Starting from the end of 2016, I decided to read more regularly, on a daily basis. So far I've been doing this for more than a year and it really changed my life. I know it's a cliché to say reading can change your life etc, trust me,I've been there. I turned my nose at that idea too. But once I really did it, I had no idea what this habit could just turn my life to a whole different world.

At the beginning of 2017 I picked up a new habit which is to workout 1-2 hours a day. So for a normal day it goes like this: Get up at 5am, morning workout, read news, go to work, afternoon workout, read.

I shared my daily routine and how it's changed me with my friends and some of them said the need find a motivation to do it. Actually, no. I simply just wanna be a better self than the day before. That's my reason I stick with it.

Now I feel like I'm invincible.

I feel amazing, and proud. (Well I'm always full of myself, haha. That's another story though. )
