I've also done a lot of couchsurfing in Costa Rica! It was awesome, i met people who are still really good friends of mine today!

Bunjee. I had vertigo, and it was an intense moment that made me understand that when we want to change something about ourselves (and about our lives) we can.

We can't always control what happen to us but we always have the control over the way we react to it.
