Yo everybody,

I decided to left Brazil in September (2019) to travel around the world to spread the benefits of the traditional ayurvedic yoga massage.
I like to say is a body therapy, because we use the body as a tool to put our mind on perfect equanimity - based on 3 elements: blood circulation, deep breathing and life energy.
We mix the technique of Massage with Yoga postures so we can optimise internal organ functions, improve flexibility and bring consciousness to your body - I want to offer the same amazing sensation / feeling that I felt when I did my first session.
The paradox is: I am also introverted person. It's not about shy, but I have some difficult in interact with ppl. This is why I am trying to breath new air as well, and let my comfort zone gone to discover as much I can.
