I have been living in Merida since January 2014.
Have been renting a room in a tourist apartment.
I am looking for a new place to live.
It is very complicated to find a place to live in Merida.
I just had an add in Pico Bolivar, but there was like 6 messages, and all but one were absurd.
People offered accommodation "no amobolado" and even "en construction". Two people out of six thought that I am renting out !
I am interested in renting a room in apartment/house, part of apartment/house , full apartment/house.
Would prefer city center or close location of city center.
If property is good (like a nice house) it can be up to 30-60 minutes from center.
I play poker for living so need a good stable internet. No need for fast internet, just stable.
For that reason cant share accommodation with too many people. 4-5 people in apartment are most likely kill the internet in evenings :)
I am not an party animal, don't do drugs, but do drink and not a beer but vodka !
