I love traveling and have been to a few different countries. Meeting new people and interacting with locals is one of my favorite things to do. I feel you really get to understand the flavor of a country by spending time with the people living there. I love exploring new things, going out, and connecting with people!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would love meeting people in Chicago, both foreigners and locals. I can also host people at my place. I have a nice once bedroom with a big pull out couch!

Movies - Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump, The Departed, Into the Wild, there are many more that I can't think of right now :(

Music - I listen to almost anything except heavy metal, screamo music

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Camping overnight on top of Pedra da Gavea with 6 wet, sweaty strangers in a 4 person tent. Seriously one of the most fun nights I've had, plus the sunrise and view were amazing! Funny how the most amazing experiences are the ones we wouldn't expect.

I can teach english to anyone interested. I am also a vegetarian so I can teach you how to cook some vegetarian dishes (can't promise they'll taste good).
