About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I'm a road man for the gods of Karma.
ABOUT ME
I've been to college off and on since I was 18, though I have incurred more debt than knowledge. I play soccer a few times a week, and try to snowboard and hike as much as possible. I have brown hair and green eyes, and usually a reddish brown beard. I;m a bit of a cinephile, and I enjoy taking pictures. I like to learn, though from individuals and not institutions.
PHILOSOPHY
Love all things.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I donated money, and though I have just joined, I plan on hosting surfers when I return from my own travels.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm new to this, so I've only had one couch surfing experience so far, but it was incredible. It helps to restore my faith in the overall goodness of the human soul.
Interests
I like it when people laugh aloud while reading, the instant when a child let's go of a balloon and comes to realize that it's gone forever, animals, the infinite cycle of organic molecules, evolutionary adaptations, ambient sounds like the electric hum of a refrigerator, stories, subjective truths, cats with a piece of their ear missing, bees that take interest in humans if only for a brief time, coincidence, circumstance, and consequence.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I watched a Cicada shed it's outer shell, and then dry itself out in the Sun. I hiked 350 miles in a month on the Appalachian trail. I've traveled the US extensively, and Singapore and Malaysia briefly. I gave a bum some money.
Teach, Learn, Share
Over 4000 years ago, in Babylonian culture, it was tradition, when married, for the father of the bride to provide for the groom as much mead as he wished. The mead was made from honey, and was thus called honey mead. Over years, the term has been bastardized, translating into the modern day honeymoon. Eh? Eh? How 'bout that?
