About Me

In the early part of 2016 I quit my job, sold everything I own and set off on a trip that I hope will take me the rest of my life. I want to get to know the world and as many people as possible; that doesn´t mean that I want to rush around the world and collect email addresses and facebook friends. It means that I want to really live in different places and get to know others that have the same desire to explore the world.

I love music but cannot play, I love to write but don´t always find the inspiration when I have the time, I love to read and will try to make time for this every day. I´m very comfortable in the kitchen and am always happy to entertain guests or hosts.

When traveling I will usually bring along a bottle: wine, whisky or beer - never turn up empty handed! Ideally this can act as a social lubricant as we play board games/cards and get to know each other.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I´ve always been amazed by the people that you can meet when you are travelling and the crazy coinsidences that happen with these people. The world seems smaller but in a good way and your life is enriched by having met these people. I figured that being a part of this community only increases the amount of like minded people you will meet and your experiences of different places.
