About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live life :)
ABOUT ME
I am a multi-colored-hair, tattooed, fire-spinning, fiction-reading, scifi/horror-loving, D&D-playing, mask-making, outgoing, kinda-quiet, singing/dancing (though not well) traveler.
Other than that I'm a not-so-closeted geek and I'm fluent in American-sarcasm. For the most part, I was raised in South Florida; but I've lived in many states. Most of my travels were for work with renaissance festivals, conventions and reenactments. I enjoy getting to know new people and new areas.
It's probably no surprise that I love spontaneity. From the more extreme (such as unplanned trips half way across the country) to the more simple (such as unplanned trips to the park down the street). I enjoy the little things often as much as the big ones.
Currently I am traveling full time, and don't always have internet access so I apologize if I don't respond right away to messages :(
PHILOSOPHY
I live my life for me, and I find myself inspired by every day of it. My goal to find happiness no matter what I do. I strive to be a content person, and to find happiness in all things.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm very new to CS, and so I don't really have a way I participate. This is something I hope to change, though.
I've been traveling for a while (not using CS) and there's nothing quite like being in a totally new place with totally new people. Learning about new areas, getting to know people and hearing what they have to say is truly amazing and something I love being a part of.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm completely new at this. I'll update this section once I have some CD experience.
Interests
Life interests me, and I perpetually find myself intrigued by and curious about almost every aspect of life on this planet.
There are a lot of things that interest me and it's hard to narrow it down. Some of them are: Spending time in nature, fire (dancing and manipulation), meeting new people, watching movies, reading, making masks, listening to music, renaissance/historical events, and dancing.

Music, Movies, and Books
Oh so many.
Movies: Smokin' Aces, El Laberinto Del Fauno, Star Wars, Slither, Serenity, Airplane!, Army of Darkness, The Red Violin, and Saved to name a few. My favorite genres are cheesy b-horror films, sci-fi, and shoot 'em up action type. However, I like a little bit of everything. I really enjoy watching movies with people. The only genres I strongly don't like are chick flicks and kids movies.
Music: Truly a little bit of everything. Classic rock is high on my list, but my taste varies daily. Some of my favorites are CCR, Fleetwood Mac, MSI, Bloodhound Gang, System of a Down, Portishead, Seal, Dido, Hootie and the Blowfish, Journey and Cruxshadows.
Book: Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, Frankenstein by Mary Shelly, Animal Farm by George Orwell and Invisible Monsters by Chuck Palahnik are some of my favorites. I love fantasy and horror novels. At any given time, I'm in the middle of three books. Currently it's The Fall by Chuck Hogan & Guillermo Del Torro, Summer Knight by Jim Butcher, and The Gunslinger by Steven King.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have to pick just one?
Probably the most amazing thing I've found in my travels was my love of humanity. I've always had a love for life, but I had a negative expectation of people until I witnessed the infinite capacity for kindness strangers often have.
Teach, Learn, Share
I believe everyone has something to teach and share.
I worked on a bee farm for a year, and I can talk your ear off about honey bees if you're interested. I'm sure there's more, but that's what comes to mind right now :)
