About Me

Yoga / Meditation Instructor, Event Planner, MBA

Adnan Shamsi, aka LOVE, is founder of Fyrefly Yoga Collective, Naked Feet Events, and co-founder of EcstaticDance Jersey and co-creator of the annual RainbowMoon Festival in Hopewell New Jersey - focused on music, dance, arts and yoga.
LOVE has been curating events including yoga, dance and spaces for sharing vulnerabilities for nearly ten years as a certified DBSA group facilitator and has been using these skills to create brave spaces fostering bravery within EcstaticDanceJersey events - which have been cultivated many times since the beginning of the pandemic at various gatherings and venues - including at 10PRL in Long Branch NJ, Seraphi in Philadelphia PA, Dance Medicine Philly events in PA, Princeton Integral Yoga Community Center in Princeton NJ, the annual RainbowMoon Fest in Hopewell NJ, and other events including the festivals Beardfest, Anahata’s Purpose, FractalFest and more.
LOVE shares the ideas of learning, sharing and connecting with one another - engaging in self work to improve oneself and optimize mental and physical health, causing no harm, avoiding spiritual bypass by walking through discomfort towards catharsis and evolutionary growth.
LOVE’s passions are music, dance, mental health, emotional fitness and physical wellness for students of all ages - having taught aerial and yoga to kids and teens, yoga and fitness to teens, adults and seniors (up to 95yo), and having guided meditation for all ages. LOVE has held space for participants in mens circles, LGBTQIA+ circles and within the ecstatic dance communities as well and is the Founder of the Good Life Book Club. He is the happy neurodivergent father of his adult son with autism, with degrees in Economics, Business & Finance, from Rutgers University, and Thunderbird School of Global Management, a unit of Arizona State University.
