I like to see myself as survivor in the wilderness, because that is where I grew up. But now in reality, I am a lecturer, a community worker, an educationist, a performer and a leader, but most of all, a writer. I have my home at Osiri Beach, situated in a wildernesses of yesterday, where magicians performed magical dramas, and human met beasts and ghosts; but it is now tame save for the hippos, and birds and occasional crocodiles and sitatungas, not to mention hundreds of small mammals and reptiles, especially the lizards. It is also safe, because the real wild beasts have been relocated to the nearby Maasai Mara and Ruma National Park, where you can go watch if you have affinity with them. I may accompany you, for I love adventures, but I certainly woud go along with my goats and sheep, which I like looking after at Osiri Beach. You know why.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
To meet interesting people, and people who can help my community to develop. You see, I'm a community worker because there is poverty and despair in these parts. But the poverty is artificial because there is so much potential here. I'm hoping that those interesting people I'll meet here can help us unleash our potential.
