About Me

Hi guys! It's nice that you read this! I hope you find what you've been looking for.

I grew up in South Western Switzerland, in a beautiful, nature marked landscape, surrounded by mountains. The village's name I live at is Brig.

During your stay here, you can get easily around. We have trains, buses, cable cars, rack railway and even boats. You don't have to worry about renting a car. In my opinion, renting a car would make things more difficult.
We have hiking trails all over, which invite you to enjoy amazing views.

If you would like to get some more detailed information about things to do while you are here, you can go visit "https://www.valais.ch/de/home" in the internet. Have fun exploring!

I would like to tell you something about my family and me:

I have a very charming family and a very cute dog. We enjoy spending time together.
My dad works as a teacher in High School and my mom works as a teacher in middle school. I am doing an apprenticeship to become a gardener.

In my leisure time, I love hangig out with friends and family, traveling, reading, being in nature, sports (especially longboarding and ice hockey) listening to music, or doing music myself and cooking.

As I have some experience in traveling, I know how valuable it can be to have a place to stay and to have a "local guide". You can stay in my apartment. I live there by myself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I was for the first time planing and organizing my travels, I was looking for ways/offers to find places where I can spend the night. That's how I discovered "couchsurfing". My twin brother and I, while traveling in the US, have been hosted. And we appreciated it a lot. We experienced that it is often hard to find a hostel nearby. But being hosted from a "couchsurfer" is a good alternative to a hostel. And you can learn many things from your host.
