I am a 25 philosophy teacher living in Paris. To be a good teacher I took a year off traveling around the world, writing a book for my students.🤠

I guess I am very easy going, curious, social and a happy guy. 😁 Should I say open minded, it's a bit arrogant but don't worry, you won't choc me with yours ideas !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I heard about CS thanks to my brother and his friends and just like them we believe people should start to experience new ways of traveling. I share CS values : share your experience with others, create connection in different country, offer kindness… and want to meet people with the same spirit. That's why I am proud to be a couchsurfer.

As a student I chose to study Political Sciences and Philosophy because I wonder about social and economic issues, about Europe, capitalism, growth, environment… I want to find my way to make sure the world will be a better place to leave in for our children. I m quite interested by alternative ways to re-think society and human organizations.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love two types of songs : the classical one with harmonious music and no speaking or the contrary, songs with poignant words with lots of meaning. I also used to love Rock N' Roll !

I enjoy all sorts of movies, animations, comedies, adventures, science-fictions… My favorite are maybe Life Is Beautiful by Benigni, Schindler's List by Spielberg, Grave of the Fireflies by Takahata, Into the wild by Sean Penn and all the Tarantino, Kubrik, Almodovar, Miyazaki…

I read a lot but not enough ! many fantasy novels or "deeper" books like 1984 by Orwell, The Unbearable Lightness of Being by Kundera... Arendt, Machiavel, Rousseau ! etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm a teacher, not only in philosophy but in French and a do private teaching in history also.
But I am only 25, listening to you like an empty cup that wants to be filled. I have a lot to learn and you can't help me. Every job you might do, every city you live in, every passion you have, I am listening to you. CS is a human travel.
