About Me

Hi! My name is Agata.
I am currently on a 1-year trip around the world with my boyfriend, Lukas. We try to experience as much as we can. So far we've been volunteering in a hostel in Oaxaca (Mexico), working as a tourist guide/translators of Polish letters from 1930-1950, staying for 4 nights in the jungle, trying to climb to 6000 meters, meeting amazing new people (also thanks to Couchsurfing), and trying new sports and local food.
I consider myself an open-minded person, eager to meet new people and cultures. I love visiting new places and learning about local traditions and cuisine. My goal is to visit 100 countries before I die. So far I have managed to see about 40 of them. I work as a psychologist and maybe because of that, I have no difficulties getting along with new people. I am a big fan of animals, especially bears and goats. When I retire, I'd like to have my herd of goats.

P.S. Yes, I know that one reference for 7 years of using Couchsurfing is not much. In fact, I've only been using this platform for 2 months - I created an account about 7 years ago for reasons unknown to me at the time (I can't recall).
