Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on this couchsurfing website because I want to travel and I want to improve my English as well as my Spanish. It’s also a cheap way for travelling, more humane. According to me, it’s better to go to someone’s house than to go to the hotel. It’s more interesting and we can share with and learn from other people, speak in other languages and discover other ways of life.

Interests

I’m interested in Cinema, I can watch movies all the day if it’s raining outside. Before working for TV I was a projectionist at a movie theater.
I’m also interested in video, photography and arts in general. I really like street art, graffitis, light painting… I like making urban explorations (Urbex).
To me, cycling is the best way to move, to travel : It’s free, environmentally friendly and also easy to repair !
In Toulouse, I often go to parties, concerts,… I like night life. I go to marginal places as squats because you meet people of all sorts in those places: travellers, foreigners, artists, tramps…

I listen to many different musics.
Like I said above I watch many different movies and documentaries, so it’s hard for me to name a favorite.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Unfortunately, for now I can’t say I have done one amazing thing; that’s why now I’m on couchsurfing. To me one amazing thing I can do is to travel with just my bag and maybe my bike.

Teach, Learn, Share

I don’t know what I can teach and what I want to learn. Almost everything is interesting me.
I like being with people, sharing thoughts and feelings, taking time to observe and discover things.

What I Can Share with Hosts

If I receive hosts I can show them different places, not only touristic spots but also squats, associations etc.
I like all things which are made with scraps so I can bring them to a workshop or garage…
In fact, I can share with hosts my way of life.
