CURRENT MISSION

Hmm, my current mission is a reconnection with the time I spent traveling. I've too long been away from traveling the world, and its time to hit the road again and adventure abroad.

ABOUT ME

I am a traveler at heart. I think there are a lot of reasons why people travel, but my decision to roam as far and as often as I can comes from a simple truth in my life; that for me to be happy, I must travel. It is as elemental as that. When I can, I choose a broad range of experiences, from fine dining to sleeping in the dirt, and everything in between I can imagine. I love learning new languages and about new ways of living, and find myself pining for those traditions long after I leave a place that has captured my heart and imagination.

PHILOSOPHY

To live in a way so as to embrace my entity, rather than my identity, and thus make life itself a masterpiece.

I used to participate somewhat more frequently, but have not couch surfed in i think at least 3 years now, though I look forward to trying it out again.

I have had some wonderful couchsurfing experiences. In fact only wonderful couch surfing experiences. My only regret is how long it has been since I last put myself out there in that unique way that is couch surfing...

Most of my free time is filled with photography and writing. That having been said, most of the rest is spent finding some way to be outdoors, especially when it means a human powered voyage, be it cycling, walking, canoeing, or whatever else lets me move about this lovely world...
