I currently live in Fethiye, teaching Chi Gong classes in Hara Yoga, organizing Massage workshops, offering Trigger Point Massage sessions, and remotely supporting my dad's company as a Mechanical Engineer

In terms of life philosophy, my practice is mostly based on the Enlightenment Teaching of Buddha

I eat mostly vegetarian, but I'm not very strict
I don't use any kind of toxic stuff like alcohol, cigarettes, drugs etc
