CURRENT MISSION To get a potato ricer and perfect gnocchi! ABOUT ME My main interest is food - cooking, eating and drinking are mostly what's on my mind. I'm really into organic food and the sustainability of the food that I eat. In our garden we are trying to grow lots of the food we eat. We have a big veg patch a greenhouse, lots of fruit trees and of course the chickens for all our egg needs! I live with three of my friends, who I've know since school (too long now!) I work at Salisbury Foodbank, and am involved with a programme teaching people on low incomes cookery and budgeting skills. PHILOSOPHY I don't like labels.
