ABOUT ME

I was lot into fitness and little into Yoga, However after my back did not support me, I am now fully into Yoga. I did many marathons, ultra cycling, mountaineering. I still have that passion. However, in the society I am known as an IT guy, which is my profession to continue my passion.

I'm a fun loving person and loves anything where I need to sweat, with adventure in my blood. Loves to be alone and cherish with groups.

And I still keeps asking who am i and what am i here for....

I am Yoga enthusiast, and is continuing my doctorate in Yoga. I believe i can teach better than most of the yoga teachers (I think so). I know how to relax, soothe and rejuvenate people. I have done many meditation courses and been to many yoga school. (Including Tantra) But without understanding body how can you travel to consciousness. Asanas are way for meditations, There is no shortcut. On this context one must go from physical body to physiological body, Without going through this how can you consider to reach consciousness. Yoga make the body unit, rebuilds your thoughts. Now I practice Iyengar yoga which I find meditative as well as therapeutic, challenging, relaxing and soothing

I have a couch opened in Dhenkanal, odisha, 70Km from Bhubaneswar. Please come to know real Odisha instead of staying in Cities. I have a 2 bhk house, and i can accommodate many people for as many days. My mother will cook wonderful food for you, the typical odia dish. I can prepare pot mutton also
