ABOUT ME
Hi there!
I was born and grew up in Bogotá, Colombia.
I've living in Germany since 2011 with my german husband, and I love it here. Heidelberg is a small city, but very international, which I like it a lot, because I like learning about other cultures and languages. I like outdoor activities, photography, music and festivals.

I love swimming in lakes in the summer, walking through the forests in autum, playing with the snow in winter and admiring how nature re-borns after a long cold winter! Nature ist just so beautiful everywhere.

We work during the week, my husband as an engineer and I work in an office as a secretary and I also teach Spanish in a school, I really like it. iIt helps me to get connected with my latin roots, culture, and language. Since i live here, i´ve learned to appreciate more where i come from.

I attend regularly local meetings, weekend events or visit the Spanish stammtisch.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
It's always a good thing to keep your mind open, and trust in people. And meeting and hosting unknown people is a great way to do it. We have til now hosted just a few people, but it has been a very rewarding experience.
