Hey there!

My name is Alena, I am 25 years old.
Originally I am from an old Russian town Ryazan, but now I've been living in Moscow for almost 10 years.
No trip has yet made me doubt that Moscow is the most beautiful city in the world :)

I graduated from Moscow State University majoring in linguistics and teaching and spent several years working as an English and German teacher. I had lots of students of different ages, but most of all I enjoyed working with teenagers: they are incredibly smart and I always learn a lot from them :)

Now I work as a brand manager in an ed-tech company which produces online courses in digital skills, like programming and design. My job is connected with creating projects, video campaigns, arranging events and collaborations with other companies in order to make our brand more recognizable and trusted in the world of online education :) I passionately love my job and my team and can talk a lot about it ;)

My core interests are psycho, neuroscience, mental health, human rights, women empowerment and cinematography.

Another pure love of mine is creative writing: I participate in creative writing workshops and contests and I hope that once this may stand for something greater than just a hobby.

I am not a very active traveller, but when I have a journey I do my best to live the moment :) Actually there are two things I enjoy most of all: having a delicious meal and being surrounded by good people. Both things are on my to check list in any trip!
