About Me

•●》IMPORTANT NOTICE: we expect our guests to be home before we go to sleep (around 22:30), since we generally don't give the key to our guests.
If you are in the area for partying, we are not the right host for you!《●•
I'm an Italian guy, moved to Germany for staying with his better half.
I live with Silvia (26, my German girlfriend - https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/sil_pox ) in Gauting, a small town close to Munich (25 minutes by public transport from Munich's main-station and Marienplatz) and 8 km far from the famous and beautiful Starnberger See.
WE LIVE IN GAUTING, NOT IN MUNICH!
You can reach the trainstation of Gauting within 10-15 Min walking from our home. From there the S6 takes you to Munich Central Station/ Marienplatz in 25/28Min or to Starnberg and its beautiful lake in 10 Min.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Why not?!
We like to share ideas, our couch or Italian/German food and give something without reasons (I mean economical reasons) just to receive a smile, a laugh or a good conversation.
We're interested to know other cultures, to make new experiences, break the routine, make this world a better place...
We see surfing as the best way to discover local cultures, and hosting as the opportunity to bring the world to our door.
Hosting people is a different way to travel.

BOOKS
La felicità al potere (José Mujica), Patagonia express (Luis Sepúlveda)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I travelled all the north of Italy! Why is it amazing?! Because my country is amazing...
I did Erasmus in Poland and it was the best experience ever. I visited main cities in Poland and I met a lot of friends from different countries. It was magic!
I saw amazing sunsets in Sicily and Rio de Janeiro, the sunsrise on a desert beach in Brazil, I met interesting people, cooked amazing lunch and pizza, sailed a canoe in the Mediterranean Sea, and lived in one of the best place in the world (my homeland Sicily).
Teach, Learn, Share
We could teach you how to cook some delicious, unforgettable and incredible vegetarian meals, but we'd also appreciate if you can share something about your culture.
If you want to stay with us, we would like to know something about you and, if you want to increase your probability of being accepy, write a personal request.
What I Can Share with Hosts
We may share either our comfortable couch or a blow-up mattress in our living room. We would like to host you if you're calm, CLEAN, responsible and independent because we could be busy during the day so we cannot promise to spend a lot of time together.
