I live in and work out of my house in a suburb of Athens, close to the airport. My work is mostly music related, whether selling guitar parts, instruments, renting sound equipment or even playing live some times. The house is relatively new, we built it 6 years ago. My wife teaches Math at the local French school and our daughter is in 7th grade there. Our house is strictly non smoking. We do have cats, outside but not inside. Our guest room is in the attic, accessible by stairs or the elevator.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I travel on business all over Europe and the company I work for, like me, believes in low budgets and no luxuries, also, as a traveling singer-songwriter in the 80's and 90's I spent hundreds of nights in guest rooms and on couches, I came to prefer this way of hospitality to staying in a hotel room.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach audio engineering to our local school kids as a volunteer and learn a lot in the process, I tend to pick up friends and friends of friends at our airport and take them on to their destination, I'm the only person most of my friends know who has a 9-seat van and lives 10 minutes from the airport. Also I'm my own boss so I can leave the office without getting in trouble
