I am a 27 year old male. For the past couple years, I have been working as a licensed home builder with the company my father and I started - Elischer Built Ltd. After over two years of work and lots of long days and 7 day work weeks, we finally finished the 4600 sq feet custom home in October of this year. Needless to say, I was eager to ditch the old routine and join my girlfriend during her travels in Europe and South East Asia.

Aside from this, I am your typical happy-go-lucky polite and considerate Canadian. I play goalie for recreational ice hockey. I love maple syrup, a good (meaning creamy and sweet) coffee, and pancakes all day, everyday. Anything tasty and delicious will make me happy.

Also, I make some pretty mean crepes and carbonara! My girlfriend can take care of the salads and chia seed pudding, if that strikes your fancy more.
