I am an easy going guy, enjoying to meet new people, sharing stories and experiences made.
I have a quite broad spectrum of interests and like to see new places, try out new stuff and get engaged in interesting conversations. I'm into sports as well as into cultural activities, visiting museums, exhibitions and concerts, or strolling through town enjoying historical architecture. So I can show you around town and appreciate it to be shown around :)
I like spending time in nature climbing, hiking, biking, swimming, diving... so if you know beautiful places I'd love to see them and am eager to show you places I know if you are interested.
I guess lots of possibilities to connect, but I am fine with everyone doing his stuff too, so no worries ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Went couchsurfing a couple of times and for a longer Period in Portugal last year via friends and met such nice and welcoming people. Since I have the possibility I'd like to make this possible to other people too. Classic story I guess :D

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a very broad spectrum of music from classical music to metal. Some bands/musicians I like are Bach, Berlioz, Tschaikowsky, Thelonious Monk,Miles Davis, Charlie Parker, Keith Jarret, Esbjörn Svenson Trio, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Victor Wooten, Paul Gilbert, Govan Goutrie, Iron Maiden, Nevermore, Symphony X, Periphery, Tori Amos, Alanis Morisette, Dave Mathewsband...

I read books of very different subjects. Literature and belletristic not so much lately. Used to read a lot of fantasy and science fiction for some time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Standing on top of a mountain, wind in my hair arms stretched, nothing but narure around me and the sun rising, sending its gentle light across breathteaking landscape onto my face.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach music, guitar, ukulele, bass, physics and math, can share a lot about sports, training, body awareness, breathing and healthy food. I have experience in massaging and coaching.

I am open for and interested in all kind of new knowledge and skills.

What I Can Share with Hosts

All the things mentioned above I am willing t oshare. I know my way around with tools and have experience in farm work/gardening. In generall I know how to make myself helpful.
