About Me
A software engineer who tried to gain knowledge in every possible topic and then forgot everything. Dog enthusiast. Really into herding breeds. And sports. Fucked up life many times, can tell a lot about it. Prefer ethics over law and bullshit. Love meeting new people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet people from different cultures. To meet real people, eye-to-eye, rather than interact through the bars of our professions and governments, and maybe never meet. I believe in humanity being free from obstacles and being able to interact in the genuine way. To exchange cultures and life experiences. Having real experience of a local culture, or of a culture of a human being. To find friends, and connections. I believe the world should be open to explore.

Music, Movies, and Books
Started with "Jonathan Livingston Seagull" by Richard Bach, finished with Jim Jarmusch's "Dead Man". Grew up with Orbital, Ben Jordan ("The Flashbulb") and Carbon Based Lifeforms. Gonna finish "Savitri" one day.
Jim White - "10 miles on 9 miles road"
---
Noah Powell - Rest. Music, I prefer romantic and uplifting, instrumental, vocal, electronic, but you can find me one day listening Brejcha, and the other doujin metal or looking for the best rehearsal for that Chopin's etude. I watch YouTube now most of the time. Docuseries on extreme travels, dog breeds, surviving and mountain hiking, falls and rises of cultures. Last books I've got to read a bit, were Anthology of Ukrainian Nationalism and Building Microservices.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
"Tourists don't know where they've been, travelers don't know where they're going."
Fled to another country with 50 bucks in the pockets and managed to start a new life. Lived throughout the war in Ukraine. While at it, brought up two litters of puppies in a small town in a rural part of the country. Had to battle for their well-being and fight human ignorance. Met amazing people along the way. Crossed several countries without a visa to meet a beautiful person. One morning woke up as a social anarchist
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach stuff. And moreover, I can learn stuff. Okay, just kiddin'. Want to learn hitchhiking.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can look after your pet, setup your server, cook stuff (with Indian flavor), teach techie stuff, do simple fixing and plumbing, a good philosophical conversation over a drink. Hanging out in the city
