About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To Be.
ABOUT ME
I am a silly laid back dude. I love good humorous witty conversation. I'm a radical minimalist. I choose experience over goods. I want to travel the world and go on a spiritual journey.
PHILOSOPHY
Truth is mysterious and subjective. Beliefs help us navigate the chaos and we discard them when we know longer have a use for them. Life is all about discovering new perspectives, new beliefs, that help us grow as compassionate, loving human beings.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am new to couch surfers but love everything about it. I want to contribute to the kind hosts as much as possible, be it through good conversation or lifelong friendships!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My couch surfing experience thus far has been the offline, traditional approach. I am so grateful for the generosity of friends who have put me up. It is a great way to know somebody in a short period of time, and experience new homes and lifestyles.
Interests
Music is my passion. I'm also a big fan of mathematics, philosophy, science, swing dancing, badminton, reading, drinking tea, yoga, biking, working out and making a fool of myself.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy dissecting human behaviour using evolutionary psychology, so I read many a pop science book on such matters. I enjoy the works of Daniel Dennett, Ralph Waldo Emmerson, Jared Diamond, Howard Zinn and Malcolm Gladwell, and Dr. Seuss.
Music is my passion. I live and fart music. I love the ambient, shoegaze and chillwave and minimalist genres. Some artists I particularly dig: Boards of Canada, Slowdive, My Bloody Valentine, Com Truise, Smashing Pumpkins, Sigur Ros, Small Black, Washed Out, Toro Y Moi, Bibio.
I enjoy dark and dry comedies, ridiculous 80s movies, intriguing sci-fi, weird fucked up films that make no sense, and pulp fiction.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Experienced ego death.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm sure I can teach a thing or two about mathematics, music, and mindfulness. Also the Charleston. So just ask!
