ABOUT ME

I try to treat everyone with respect and be as nice to others as I want them to be to me - which I obviously not always succeed in doing, but I always try. Sometimes i get a bit confused, and i am generally very unorganized and have absolutely no sense of orientation which makes me the perfect victim for endless city tours - but not the best guy to show you around a place, if you are short on time. I love writing, music (although i have no talent for it) and cooking. I am pretty sure that is what my friends would say about me too... more or less

PHILOSOPHY

I care about people and animals in general, and tend to be left-sided when it comes to politics and also quite liberal when it comes to the way people want to live their lives.
Apart from that i am not religious, but dont mind if people are.
I am interested in all sorts of people and lifestyles and I strongly believe that it is possible to learn something from almost every person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

First and foremost I am absolutely convinced that you can best get to know a place by hanging out with someone that actually lives there. Because of this and because of my general interest in people I would want to couchsurf a bit more in the coming years :)

Interests

My interests are fairly diverse, but overall I like to do sports as much as possible, but at least 2-3 times a week. Besides that, politics and everything related to it is very central in my life and I regularly attend panel discussions and other such events. I also try to make a positive impact in my community by helping at various NGOs. Apart from that I am a big Netflix junky from time to time and I like to be amazed by new things and people

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I flew to South America to travel without speaking a single word of Spanish. Its rather amazingly stupid, but it also gets you to learn the language amazingly fast ;)
