It's Ali here, I originally planned to take a short study break in my early 20s, but that ‘one year off’ somehow stretched into five of figuring out career paths and myself. Now at 25, I’m more focused on experiences than checklists — meeting people, sharing stories, and learning from different perspectives. I’m naturally quiet at first, but once I find like-minded people, conversations can go on endlessly about culture, cities, or just random life stories. For me, Couchsurfing is less about a place to stay and more about connecting through perspectives and laughs along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To be honest, In my opinion the real essence of life can only be experienced by exploring new arenas and traveling becomes boring by the traditional way (book a famous hotel OR visit famous spots) and boom your trip ends without making new friends. I want to explore new places and meet people personally to make good long lasting friendships. I think CouchSurfing provides a good opportunity to meet new people, make new friends, learn about local culture, belief and most importantly make a new home - family in another Country.
