Well, i am dancing master of historical ballroom dances, for example, i can teach you any kind of round pair dances like waltz (15 styles), polka, mazurka, etc.

Than i know some Qigong (Chi Kung) and Baguazhang (Liang Style) things that i can share as health practices, great as morning work-out for example.
