ABOUT ME

In a nutshell, I would say I'm quite adventurous - I love meeting new people, trying new things, seeing new places and most especially having a flavour at least of the vastly varied walks of life that can be found on our diverse planet.

Should the choice be mine, and finances allow it, I would spend my days travelling, gaining new skills and broadening my appreciation for different peoples and cultures - but then, I'm sure i'm not the only one!

As things go, i'm a doctor by profession with interests in current affairs and international development, and when there's a bit of spare time I enjoy a bit of photography, dance and good food with friends!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment, I am between work, having just completed some further studies and so in a bit of a time of flux!

So for now I'm participating to surf myself whilst traveling and otherwise open to meet surfers passing by when I'm not at work or buried in books! It's great seeing new places but its always better doing so whilst meeting local folk and hopefully getting stuck into the local community - something couch surfing offers us the opportunity to do :)

I'm not sure I would feel confident enough to say that I could teach any particular skill, per say, without feeling at least a little presumptuous...ask when we meet and perhaps there is something that I can gladly offer!
