Hello, my name is Ali and I am a local Tasmanian from a Persian family. After travelling through Asia, Europe and North America, I returned home to Hobart and started a walking tour business. I love meeting fellow travellers and showing them around my hometown!

As I grow older, I realise the pleasure of travelling is largely from the people one meets. I believe Couchsurfing is the perfect medium to facilitate this cultural exchange and experience more 'genuine' time in a new city.

兴趣

I believe it is important to be passionate in life. For me, my passions lie in Music, Cars and Sports.

I love my music, primarily Rock & Metal. I have seen Metallica live 7 times, Black Sabbath twice, and very recently travelled from Hong Kong to Tokyo to see Judas Priest live.

I also love my cars, everything from Ford to Ferrari. I was formerly the President of my University's Car Club and take great enjoyment from looking after my car and spending time on relaxing drives.
