After months of preparations and planning we are finally here, on our trip all around the world! We are a couple from Poland who loves to travel in backpacking way. We both are really calm and peacefull persons. We love meeting new people and learning about local culture and customs

Some people reject our requests just because our poor hosting history. We would like to explain something

It's not that we didn't want to share our space. We just didn't have the opportunity to be a hosts(except one time when we shared Airbnb we've booked). The last 6 years before the trip we spent in a rented room with an area of ​​12m² where we had our bedroom and kitchen. There wouldn't even be place for an extra mattress. And earlier, during our studies, we lived with our parents. After our trip we will start working to buy some apartment or house, and there will definitely be a place for travelers from all over the world ;)

¡Después de meses de preparativos y planificación, finalmente estamos aquí, en nuestro viaje alrededor del mundo! Somos una pareja de Polonia a la que le encanta viajar con mochila. Ambos somos personas realmente tranquilas y pacíficas. Nos encanta conocer gente nueva y aprender sobre la cultura y las costumbres locales.

Algunas personas rechazan nuestras solicitudes solo por nuestro pobre historial de hospedaje. Nos gustaría explicar algo. No es que no quisiéramos compartir nuestro espacio. Simplemente no tuvimos la oportunidad de ser anfitriones (excepto una vez que compartimos Airbnb que reservamos). Los últimos 6 años antes del viaje los pasamos en una habitación alquilada con un área de 12m² donde teníamos nuestro dormitorio y cocina. Ni siquiera habría lugar para un colchón extra. Y antes, durante nuestros estudios, vivíamos con nuestros padres. Después de nuestro viaje empezaremos a trabajar para comprar algún departamento o casa, y definitivamente habrá lugar para viajeros de todo el mundo ;)

Best thing in traveling is meeting new people, and couchsurfing is a perfect place to do that. We don't know the better place to meet the locals

Alicja likes personal development books and Kamil likes true crimes and crime authors like Jo Nesbø.
