Hello, my name is Alina! I grew up in Luxembourg, lived in Austria and am currently living in France. I love meeting people and travel around the world. For me it is one of the most powerful and enriching experiences I can make as a human being. Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing, because I love meeting locals while travelling. I get to know the place and the mentality even better and everything feels more real.
Music, Movies, and Books
There are so many, I can't pick one!! But lately, I really loved 'As we danced' (Georgian movie) and right now, I'm on a trip of Vincent Peirani's 'Egyptian Phantasy'.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
A scolar youth exchange in Moldova. My class from Luxembourg met another school there and we had many different intercultural projects and experiences. Some of the people I met there became very close friends. I love them.

I cold teach some acrobatics, the violin, some languages, massages... LEARN: You know, in German you say for 'I want to meet you' 'Ich möchte dich kennenlernen', which means literaly 'I want to LEARN to know you'. Love it. It's the best thing you can learn(;
