Hey, I'm Allan, I love music, painting, museum, street art, travelling in trains, festivals, and visit a new country for discovering new culture by meeting new people. I am open-minded (i guess ??) and I enjoy to go at fresh art exhibitions, to eat things I never heard about before and I'm interested about science, sociology, economy, ecology, all kind of arts and about what's going on on earth haha. Also, I study medicine at university of Montpellier and I visited and lived in some foreign country that makes me curious to go see what happens in unknown places in the world! I think travelling can speed up spiritual growth and make me rich of all experience peoples will share with me !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because i think essence of a trip is in meeting new people from foreign country and talk with them about difference of our culture, for a rich discussion. I don't like the touristic point of view of a city, i want to know how people live somewhere, and learn it directly from exchange with them. Around a meal by sharing specific regional food or with a bike trip in a city, or maybe just a coffee haha

My favorite Musics: in old bands, there is PinkFloyd and Supertramp that I love, but for the songs: Moon (Kid Francescoli), Get Down on It (Kool and the Gang), Purple Noise (Boris Brechja), September (earth wind and fire), Plus près des Etoiles (Gold), La clé des Champs (N'to), Where is my mind (Pixies), the rock band Cage the elephant and some french rappers like Jazzy Bazz or Lomepal and a lot of kind of music like Lofi hip hop so my list can't be perfect haha

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

What a question ... I was born in an island of Indian ocean called Mayotte, I grow up in Africa in Senegal where with my parents and friends we did the first plane tour of the country, we came back in south of France at Montpellier City when I needed to make high school, and after that, I started Medical Studies and I organized in my third year the celebration of the 8th century of our university!

Teach, Learn, Share

I believe that everyone has something to teach you when you take time (almost with it's someone from a different culture), it may be with a coffee or during a cooking session together while chatting for hours on random subjects, even if it's about sun and rain haha

What I Can Share with Hosts

We could talk about our point of view about our different cultures, discuss our hobbies, about music, about what's happening in the world today, and maybe could we share a meal? I would love cooking together, maybe visit a place you know, discover the nature of your country or eat some regional culinary specialties and local ingredients.
