我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

One of my best friends (and fellow world travelers) has been encouraging me since the beginning to try Couchsurfing. One time, I joined her travel plans at the last minute, and her host was kind enough to host me, too. It was such a cool experience, and ever since, I've been itching to recreate it in different places with different hosts.

Even though I'm "officially" new to Couchsurfing, I know what it means to be a good guest. You don't have to worry about messiness, noise, and all of that stuff when hosting me.

In Dubrovnik, I watched a steady line of local swimmers climbing a steep seaside cliff ( ~30 feet / ~9 meters tall ) and decided to test my athleticism. I'll never forget the realization dawning on me at the top: the only way down was to jump off the cliff into the water below. The adrenaline was real that day!
