Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Nearly every time I've surfed, I've received incredible tours of the neighborhoods and bars and I find that really special. There is something that hosts can show you which you cannot fine in a guidebook.. Traveling for me would not be the same without it. When able to host, I try to provide the same experience back. I use couch surfing to make friends, travel authentically, provide accommodation that does not impact our slim travel budgets, and learn new ideas/skills/recipes from around the world.
