About Me

It's not just about me, it's about us!
Meril was born in Kerala, India and moved to the states when he was a kid, I grew up in Berlin and spent most of my time there. We were lucky to run into each other on a rocky island in the middle of nowhere in India in 2016.
We are thankfull everyday that two people from two different parts of the world could meet in a random place in India.
Since our meeting in India we have been spending our life together. We traveled together in Asia. I had to go back to Berlin to finish my University and Meril gave me some awesome company in Berlin.

In the non-traveling live, Meril is a mechanical engineer and I've studied Sports Management.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I've been traveling, I discorverd that it makes a big difference to actually meet people from the country or the city I am visiting. You get to see the place with diffenrent eyes.
So far, I have been always lucky to meet people by accident. All over the world, (not that I have been to too many place but all the places I have seen) people are so welcoming and nice.
A friend told me about couch surfing and all their good experiences. And then another friend an another .....
Here I am now. Exited about the future!

Music, Movies, and Books

I always fall as sleep while watching movies. They don't catch my attention as much as books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In April 2017, Meril and I went on a motorbike tour through Kerala and Tamil Nadu. We passed lush, green, tea plantations and hills and went through the desert like valleys of Tamil Nadu and ended up in beautiful Kodaikanal.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Probably the thing most people can do: cooking! But we really enjoy cooking. For us it has to be spicy and flavourful. Rich in veggies and ginger!
If I have the chance I can prepare awesome cakes or any other kind of Desserts. Give me some bananas and and oven and I'll prepare banana bread.
