my Name is Amelie, I'm 19 years old and I'm from Germany. At the moment I'm taking a year off to focus on things I love and get myself to know better. I'm a very calm and open-minded person. With people I know better I'm very warm-hearted and empathic. I'm very social and enjoy spending time in groups. I have a weakness for cats, chocolate and good vegetarian food in general!

I think Couchsurfing is a great option to make friends all over the world. I personally made really good experience trough great fellow travelers and people we hosted in my family. At the moment I develop my plans for my journey in Southamerica and I would love to use Couchsurfing to get an insight to peoples everyday lifes.

I spent two months in the amazing city of Santiago de Compostela. But I hope that the most amazing thing this year will be my journey through Peru and Bolivia!!
