Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It started with me wanting to give back to the community after being so welcomed to some wonderful peoples homes. But I quickly realized that the connections I made here on this app are really authentic, the moments we shared feel much more meaningful. People I meet here want to explore together and teach and learn from each other. It’s much better than people only wanting to hang out with me to get wasted at bars and talking about gossip and drama. I want conversations that stimulate me mentally, not high school vibes draining me.
