About Me

Hi there!
I'm Ami from Tokyo, Japan.
Currently doing my exchange year in Bremen, Germany.
(Since I'm living with my landlady, I can't be a host. sorry!)
I love stories. Especially sharing stories about traveling and other cultures. I guess that's why I love to travel as well because I can meet new people and hear what they've experienced, perceived other side of the world!

Exploring foreign food is one of my favorite parts of my travel. I'm a local food enthusiast😂 when I visit your country I'd love to know your country's recipe because I want to make them when I come back to Japan.

Cheers!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It was a hot and humid day in a mountain of Myanmar.
A big wild monkey came to me and tried to steal my oreo.
All I had - except for the oreo - was only flip flops that I was wearing. so I took them off, chose to fight with the monkey with my sandals. The monkey was awfully scary and my hands were sweating, knowing that if I fail I'm gonna be bit by the monkey and my Oreo is gone. ...But I succeed to chase the monkey away and here I am!!!
