One day I woke up working a 9-5 job living in Suburbia, USA with a really busy schedule doing nothing worthwhile, and realized that was not the life for me. I'm not sure what is, but now I'm working on figuring it out! I plan to live to 100 so I try to eat well and take care of my body and mind.
