About Me

Hey there!
I am from Nova Scotia, Canada so it's safe to say I have salt water in my veins!
I have my university degree with a double major in Political Science and Psychology. Alongside that I have a degree in teaching English (I've been real busy). Currently studying for my LSATS so I can become a lawyer as well.☺

Recently just up and decided to move to Iceland, so I bought a cheap one way plane ticket. And that's how I live in Iceland now!

I'm a mix of introverted and extroverted, with hobbies such as firearms, scuba diving, motorcycles, gaming, and fishing. Let's get into some shenanigans!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because no moneys.

Interests

I like firearms, motorcycles, scuba diving, video games, thrift shops, and every kind of music. I like to partake in mosh pits as well as bake pies for the elderly.

Music, Movies, and Books

You'd have to try hard to find something I don't like. I have death metal to play right after my French cabaret. I can watch The Notebook and a gory thriller all in one night.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done a few things that some would consider amazing, to each their own.

When I was apartment hunting I found a 21 year old blind cat (Edwin). I took him home and spent two months of my grocery budget on his vet bill. He was a hassle, and I loved the little guy with all my heart. I carried him on my shoulder for 2 months straight since he couldn't get around on his own.

I've overcome a rare neurological disability, doing just fine. (It helps that I have my medical marijuana license)

I cried once at bagpipes at a wedding, they were absolutely breathtaking.

I was a full time student with two jobs as a maid and a senior care worker. On top of it all, also a president at my school.

I made my nana laugh so hard she cried while she was on her deathbed.

Rebuilt my favourite motorcycle from basically scratch.

I was able to hail a cab immediately after leaving a bar this one time.

Ran the stairs of the Eiffel Tower.

Moved to a new country on a whim.

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't know what I can exactly teach you because I don't know you yet. I'm hoping we will have a few beer in hand, hanging out and you'll think "Shit, this Canadian girl is damn okay".

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good vibes, an adventurous companion, an amazing wingman at the bars. Hopefully not too sarcastic and sassy for your tastes.

Also if you have single ginger friends I would agree to a date. Or two.
