Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love travelling and getting to know different cultures, CS helps me to meet locals and interact with people with interests in common...or not common interests at all, I appreciate diversity in every sense as longs as is within the grounds of respect and ethics.
I'm also in CS to keep the 'chain of favours', sort of networking of good deeds :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Seen:
-Buddha statues in Bamyan, Afghanistan, a UNESCO World Heritage Site which was partially destroyed by the Taliban in 2001...the basic infrastructure still remains.
-Las Lajas Sanctuary, in the town of Ipiales, Nariño, Colombia. A gothic style church built in the canyon of a deep cliff.
(see pics of both in my album)
