About Me

I was born on planet earth and I don't understand why the earth is divided into parts and there are borders and everyone has a citizenship and a passport.I feel like an inhabitant of planet earth and since I was a little , I have had the desire to travel and explore the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

So I am interested in tourism in general. I work for many years in a multicultural environment and I work around the world for 5 star hotels and I also like camping and sleeping under the starry sky by the fire, and traveling with a backpack and my dream is vanlife.

I like to get to know local places, local people and their everyday life when I travel.
I think cs it's much more than staying in a resort and not knowing anything about the local culture and people's lives.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm close to music but i like silence too :)

I went to choir as a child and piano for 8 years. So I have a relationship with classical music. My brother was a DJ, played at all kinds of events.
He played everything from disco, pop, old-school hip-hop, house, techno and drum and bass
so I went from 90's music, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Nirvana, Chemical Brother etc.
I'd like to start playing the drums - turkish dumbeck again.

I used to love watching movies and worked for movies in art department.
the best movie is to watch observe the nature and sunset :)

documentaries are fine, mostly about travel, nature, animals, history or mystical or ufo :)
We also used to go to the video store and watch videotapes like Pulpfiction, Doors, it had its own charm.
Then I was addicted to the Simpsons series :)

I have mostly educational books, some psychology, autogiographical, esoteric.
My favourites are Don Miguel Ruiz's 4 Agreements.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Surfing :) and Snowboarding:)
So happy that I tried surfing and snowboarding despite my great fears and worries.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm always learning something new and I'm glad when I feel that I can teach someone something or give good advice.
probably communication is the most powerful to learn. Exchanging foreign languages, as there is saying : "As many languages as you know, as many times as you are human”
I am still in progress to improve my English and German and I am currently learning Spanish.

Also I would like to get back to art, whether it be music, drawing or arts and crafts.
I am thinking about creating my own designs, i love architecture and would like to participate in building ecological houses or mural paintings.
Many years I used to do film makeup , so sometimes I'll do carnival makeup or sometimes or haircuts for my friends.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I used to work in surf hostels, where new travellers stayed, As I spent time with them, we rented a car together and drove around the country, visited local places, cooked traditional meals. made a fire and talked about our travel experiences, shared advices and tips.
There were wonderful moments connected with our hobbies, sports.
we went surfing, having nice walks and enjoyed the sunset.
These may be ordinary things, but they are the best moments of travel.
