Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just graduate college and really have gotten the travel bug. I want to see as much of the world as I can before I get a big boy job. Couch surfing can help me conserve money while being able to still meet new and interesting people. Also, having a local perspective about the land and culture is something you don't always find in a hostel. And a dry comfy bed is never a bad thing!

I'm all about the outdoors. Hiking and camping is my passion and I love to go explore new, untouched places. The longer and harder the trail, the bigger the reward! I really like to meet new people and hear their take on life. I'm a surfer, biker, skater, and adventurer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent the summer working and backpacking Alaska. I worked at a small airport and made fronds with people with bush planes. They would drop me off in the middle of the mountains and I would hike for a week. Talk about remote! Amazing experience
