ABOUT ME

I'm a Scot, educated in Scotland, who's worked in renewable energy for the past 5 years. Fairly well traveled, although always wanting more. I like a quiet drink at home in the evenings with company, or thinking up wee projects to fill my time. Wanting to meet people to broaden horizons, and possibly make friends/contacts abroad for future travels!

PHILOSOPHY

I don't follow any religion, but do believe in the value of doing good. I believe that people should try to be a positive influence on the world around them, and to help edge humanity forwards towards a more productive and peaceful future, without needing any form of afterlife motivation or threat.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

New to this game, but have several friends that have done and enjoyed it. Probably more of a host than a surfer, but we'll see how it goes!
