About Me

ABOUT ME

Hi, there, I am Andy and I am currently working as an TOEFL Speaking Teacher in Changsha, China. Travelling around the world has always been part of my dream and this time, it's going to be the start of it, which makes me way pumped up.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Basically, this is a perfect platform for me to get to meet new people, hence, experiencing the world. I mean, through couchsurfing, I have been to Thailand and stayed at a Brazilian host's apartment. That experience was wonderful. We talked, laughed and exchanged some differences in culture. More importantly, I got a chance to teach the Brazilian how to score higher in TOEFL speaking, which I felt so excited about.
So, couchsurfing is where I find fun, excitement and everything.

Interests

My cup of tea is listening to music, playing the guitar and the ukulele. Not too excelled at them, but I can play some songs. Also, travelling has always been an eye-opener for me. So, I dream of exploring the world, enjoying exotic landscapes and tasting all kinds of cuisines.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling alone in Thailand,
venturing into new places and meeting tons of new people, whom I still keep in contact with.
And as far as for Thail food, it has made my trip all the more exciting. They are feasts to your eyes.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to show you some cultural differences between eastern and western worlds and I would like to teach you how to make real deal Chinese foods. And don't get me wrong, I can't live without western dishes as well.

Also, I am a teacher who knows tons of teaching skills, so if you wanna learn how to "control" people, there I am. : )

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have an apartment so if you would like to stay at my place, I have an awesome airbed which would make you comfy after your tiring trip. All my friends who have visited me never complained anything about it, lol. Enough to prove it's not shabby. lol

Countries I’ve Visited

England, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand
