I'm just getting into the CS community, but hoping to meet lots of new people and travelers, and one day host some of my own.

Interests

Writing, reading, roller skating, live shows, wandering around, getting lost (intentionally!) and discovering new things.

Music, Movies, and Books

It's so hard to narrow it down, but some forever favorites for music are Anberlin, HIM, Frank Turner, Frank Zappa, and Andrew McMahon. The Perks of Being a Wallflower and The Orphaned Anything's are two favorite books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I never thought I'd make it so far from home, but venturing to Helsinki, Finland on my own for 10 days when I was in my early 20s was one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had. Just being that independent, and going on that adventure, seeing the city, was magnificent.
