ABOUT ME I'm a graduate student at the University of Toronto in Canada. I'm currently studying biochemistry/bioinformatics and hope to research climate change impact in the future. I was born in China but grew up in Canada, I've been to both Europe and Asia a few times and plan on exploring more of the world whenever I can.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I'm very outgoing and love meeting strangers/travelers. My community is fairly isolated and composed mostly of Canadian students and academics, but through traveling I've been able to meet people very different from me, and experienced many things I would never have been able to experience had I stuck to my own little community back home.
Music, Movies, and Books
Harry Potter Lord of the Rings Forrest Gump Good Will Hunting Captain Fantastic Crazy, Stupid, Love
One Amazing Thing I've Done
One time in Berlin I spent an entire night on the rooftop of an abandoned building, I only knew a few people, the rest were all travelers who met up by chance and wanted to share experiences. I don't remember ever hearing so many incredible stories all in one night, and watching the sunrise after a surreal night while finishing up the last of our beers was definitely one of my favourite travelling moments.
What I Can Share With Hosts
Travel experiences, love for tennis and sports in general, bad jokes. I can also make a really delicious chicken dish and couscous salad, or bake a dessert!
